Can I submit my own artwork?
Absolutely! There are a few things to keep in mind when creating artwork for screen printing. Check out the Services page for more info or submit a question in the "Ask Us Anything" form box to the left.
What are your minimum print runs?
Screen printing at 24 pieces. Heat Transfer has no minimum (including athletic names and numbers).
Can I mix shirt sizes and colors?
Yes! As long as there is a minimum of 24 pieces with the same design, you can mix sizes and shirt colors. Any order less than 24 pieces will be charged shipping charges.
How many colors can you print?
Our maximum amount of screen printed colors is 4 screens (including a base white for dark shirts). Both laser transfer and cotton sublimation offer full color and resolution.
Do you print samples?
We do not. We do offer anyone a press check or a photo approval. If you are looking to print a single item, we offer laser transfer, cotton sublimation or heat transfer vinyl at a minimal cost.
Do you ship/deliver orders or can I come pick them up?
We ship UPS or Fedex for domestic deliveries. We are open Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 11am - 2pm and Sundays, by appointment only, for local pickup.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash and PayPal.
Do you require payment up front?
Yes. Please see our terms and conditions page for full details.
I need my order ASAP! Is there an option to rush my order?
We are happy to accommodate all orders. Rush orders are always an option, however they do come with an added cost. 6-9 business day turnaround: 15% added to overall order. 5 business day turnaround: 25% added to overall order. 4 business day turnaround: 35% added to overall order. 3 business day turnaround: 45% added to overall order. 2 business day turnaround: 60% added to overall order. 1 business day turnaround: Not an option in most cases.
